The following contains all the information you should need for an amazing event day on Saturday September 28th and some handy tips to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish.


We’ve got several beautiful routes set up for you so no matter the distance you choose to enjoy you’ll have a blast.

When you arrive for the start, we will require that you sign a hard-copy waiver.

Start Line

Jackson-Triggs Estate Winery
You will be directed to park at the NOTL Community Centre next door to Jackson-Triggs, please do NOT park at Jackson-Triggs.

During the Ride

We have route support, medics and mechanics along the way to make sure you’re on the right route, that you’re safe and that your bikes are in top form. Any wine or food purchases that you make along the way at the wineries will be collected by your route support vehicles and brought back to Jackson-Triggs for pick up. So don’t forget to put your credit card and/or some cash in your pocket for those important purchases! $2 from the sale of each bottle of wine that you purchase at the wineries during this tour will be donated to the cause by the wineries. So don’t forget to put your credit card and/or some cash in your pockets for those important wine purchases! Your wine will be waiting for you and available for pickup at the finish line.


Once you have finished your ride there are several things going on. The Community Centre (next door to Jackson-Triggs Winery) is open to you to use until 5:45pm (hard close, everyone MUST be out by 5:45pm) for showers and changing for those who are not staying locally. Please bring a towel. The centre is within walking distance, just 400 meters away.

We also have the upstairs Jackson Triggs Winery lounge for our exclusive use for post-ride fuel, drinks, nibbles, and the enjoyment of the incredible vineyard view.


Your Jackson-Triggs evening experience will start at 6:30pm with cocktails in the lobby before dinner starts at 7pm.

If you are staying in a local hotel and heading there after your ride, please return to Jackson-Triggs Winery no later than 6:30 PM to enjoy an aperitif with us.

If you have registered for the ride but cannot attend the dinner please let us know asap by emailing hannah.spence@ctcacf.org. If you would like someone to join you for dinner please register them and pay the $85 online before Thursday.
